Very pleased with the service we had from ZeroRez! Josh was on-time, professional and explained everything with just enough detail. He offered options with regards to the carpet and tile cleaning, and never once did I feel pressured to constantly upgrade. We had some really tough spots that had been on the carpet for years and he was able to significantly reduce/remove them. I would definitely use ZeroRez again!

Zero Rez has one super technician named Rickey Brown. He is the best and only Rickey knows how to clean a carpet properly. I have used Rickey many times in my rental properties and he is fantastic.
