Did a good job, didn't leave the carpet too wet. Used corner protectors and blankets over the hardwood floors. Polite employees. Only complaint is they were 45 minutes early and I wasn't ready!
I have always used ZeroRez because of the cleaning method with no harsh chemicals, etc. When they leave the carpet is nearly dry. Cleaning lasts a long time, and the workers are very professional.
