Zero showed up in the first half of the provided two-hour-window that we scheduled. Both guys were very polite and took the time to wear shoe covers and lay down mats and guards to prevent marring the wall corners. I really appreciated (I believe it was) James and Elijah/Isaiah (sorry:)
The two of them did a walk through and asked a few questions. They shared with me their game plan and got to work. The both of them did a wonderful job on the carpet throughout the house. I will for sure be using Zerorez in the future.

I was very satisfied with Elijah's work. However, this was a re-do of a former cleaning three months ago because the former stains came back. I'll have to see if this cleaning does the trick.

the technician was terrific. He cleaned a badly stained couch, until it looks perfect. The carpet, which has had a lot of abuse from dogs looked fantastic. He was totally courteous, helpful and did a great job!

Elijah was very thorough, polite and communicative. He explained the process, the delay due to a malfunction with his van, and very pleasant. My old carpets look great, and we could walk on them immediately without getting our feet wet.

AJ did a great job cleaning the carpet

I had two rooms cleaned and stairs. The carpets were super high traffic areas that were matted and dirty. The technicians weresuper friendly and took extra time and special care to get my carpets looking and smelling clean. There was no crunchy residue left behind either!
