Technicians AJ and Thomas were very professional and did an amazing job on our carpets. I wanted to hold my comments until after everything dried and I am completely pleased with the results. The carpets are definitely softer than I expected and there is none of that weird ‘just cleaned carpet’ smell.

My carpets look very nice and clean and I don't smell like chemical smells. My carpets dried fast. The service person called me when he was on the way. He used the rubber protectors to keep my corners safe from the hose rubbing. I used another company once they didn't use the protectors and messed up several of my wall corners...

Ricky was our technician and he was prompt, polite and efficient. Our carpeted areas as well as the area rugs look fabulous! Ricky was honest about what he could do, and didn't charge us for a small area rug that was stained. Everything else he cleaned exceeded our expectations! He was also fast and everything dried in an hour. WOW!
