We were very pleased with the product and results. Carpets are much cleaner and lacked the "residual" feel of conventional carpet soaps. We definitely plan to use your services in the future. Our cleaning specialist Elijah, was friendly, courteous and took the time to answer any of our questions about the product. Great Job!

Each time, the team is punctual, professional, polite. I like the procedure because there is no offensive odor, no stiff fibers and it stays clean (spots don't reappear).

ZeroRez is super easy to schedule last minute when my pets insist on destroying my carpets. The employees work quickly and quietly so that I am able to still work from home while they complete the cleanings. The employees are prompt and respectful of my time and house and make my carpets look fantastic in no time!
