I can’t even specify what I like, I use Zerorez for many years and I was almost everytime 100% satisfied.
I like the fact that I was able to get an appt within a couple of days.
Zach was very knowledgeable, flexible and professional. He did a great job cleaning my mother's apartment. It was pretty dirty.
He took great pride in his work. Hard to find that high standard of a work ethic nowadays.

Your tech, Elijah, was very thorough and spent a lot of time to do the best job he could do for us. I really like that you don't use any chemicals, which is the primary reason I chose your company. A number of the stains did not come out, however. I don't know if another process would have worked any better. We have tried another company that also wasn't successful in removing the stains.
Crew was polite, professional and informative about the process. They offered to move furniture that i did not expect so they could clean the room better. Carpet is older and definitely looked better and smelled a whole lot better as well!
