I have had Coit and Stanley Steamer clean my carpet but never did it look as clean as what it looks like with Zerorez and there was absolutely no after smell. I will definitely use them again. Also, their technician, Steven B. did an awesome job explaining his approach to cleaning the carpet and what to expect. He was very courteous and an awesome representative of the company! I also found his signing as he explained everything a great asset as well. The entire experience from my first call to them to finishing the job was a pleasant experience. I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating!

Carpet looks great, service was great

We had some pretty bad dark spots after another company cleaned our carpets. We thought we might have some soap residue, so we found ZeroRez online. They came out and re-did the areas and when I got home to see it, I was amazed. Their procedure took all of the dark spots out, plus the heavy traffic areas into several rooms. Other smaller spots were completely gone.
Joey did an awesome job and I know he understood how disheartened we were with the previous company. So, you can count us as extremely satisfied customers!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chad showed up a bit early and knocked out my entire house in a couple of hours. My carpets were horrible and now they look amazing. I really like the "zero rez" left in the carpets too. Thanks for doing such a fantastic job!
