Our technician, Steven (Stephen?), was informative, friendly and a fast worker!! He gave me an on-site estimate which was very competitive (I got 1 other estimate from Coit, but was recommended to check with Zerorez by a family member). He then went right to work, cleaning our basement carpet (including stairs), 2 area rugs and a section of my couch ("spot cleaning" it instead of doing the whole thing, which saved me money!). Again, so fast and friendly! Thanks again!!

We tried other carpet cleaners but we're not thrilled with the results. Zerorez is the best we have found. They are friendly, accomodating, and provide excellent service. We are customers for life.
Technician took extra time to ask us to point out spots and removed extensive grease spots.
