I have used Zerorez for a number of carpet cleanings. I like that they do not use harsh chemicals and the carpet dries in 4-5 hours after cleaning. The technicians have always been polite, friendly and professional. They explain what they are going to do and ask if there are any spots that they should be aware of. The technicians arrive on time and check if the cost of the cleaning matches what I was quoted over the phone.

I have used Zerorez at least 7 times. Great company. However the last visit the tech was 4 hours late, not sure it was his fault though. I had changed my work schedule to accommodate the time so that was very inconvenient. Also I the tech did odor and protection treatment without asking for my approval first which cost me an extra $250.
