My technician was very prompt and very knowledgeable in the company and their products. I wish I would have used zerorez earlier and maybe my carpets would be in better shape. They removed all spots that were specialially treated. (old dog many mishaps).
My carpets always look brand new and they are almost 15 years old. It’s a lighter color but there are no spots or stains after Miguel finished. The equipment and products are clean and fresh.Yes, I am pleased!
