Friendly, fast and efficient

Our little pup had an unfortunate accident in the middle of the night and so we called Zerorez to come help get the stain out from our hallway. Scheduling was a breeze, they were able to get us in for 8am the next day!

The morning of, Alex reached out to let us know of his ETA. He was very professional and took extra steps to ensure corners were covered and footwear was worn on the carpet at all times. He was extremely thorough and meticulous in cleaning the area that was affected. He took extra time experimenting with different natural enzymes to help breakdown the proteins which caused the stain in the first place. After completion Alex took the time to explain to us what he did and how we can best protect our carpet in the future.

I could tell that Alex took great pride in his work and was amazed at the quality of service we received. Thank you to the whole Zerorez family, we are very happy to have you help us out!

I have had two excellent experiences with Zerorez. This time I had some very difficult pet stains so I knew who to call. The technician did the extraction methods for both of them. One stain is hardly noticeable and the other was completely removed. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for cleaning or pet stain removal.
