Zerorez has always done a great job cleaning the carpets in my home. The technicians are always friendly and address all of my concerns. They do the job efficiently and quickly and leave my home smelling almost like it's brand new. No weird chemical smells left behind - just fresh clean smelling and looking carpets.

Cef was very acceptable; polite, explained what he would do, and did well, I thought.

Technician was very professional, prompt, and offered options. He made sure I wanted to continue when my couch was larger than I thought. He also questioned whether I still wanted to go on after he saw some stains weren't going to come out. ( which I knew)

We have had your company clean our carpet multiple times. The past technicians have done a good job, but this time Evan Curoe did an excellent job. He took the time to discuss the problem areas and paid attention to details such as making sure he put protectors on all the corners as we just had the inside of our house painted. He also took extra care in cleaning the upholstery on a chair that was really dirty due to dogs laying up against it. He communicated well and was
polite and personable. I will ask for him in the future unless he gets promoted!
