The service tech, Derek was on-time, explained the process and protected our home furnishings when cleaning the carpet. He extracted a significant amount of water from the carpet, which reduced the drying time to just a few hours. The clean look, smell and feel of the carpet is wonderful. Highly recommend.

So far so good. Carpets look great dried quickly and Jordan was professional, told me what would be best on carpet and didn't try to over, over sell me meaning he wasn't over pushy. First time trying you and will use again.
