The technicians were friendly, professional and efficient. All aspects of the carpet cleaning were explained as were options (we added a cleaning for the master bathroom tile shower, and we are glad we did). Prices are very reasonable given the time and effort put into the work and the excellent results. We have been using Zerorez for some time and will continue to do so.
