The technician did a very thorough job with treating and cleaning the carpet, cleaning the upholstery items and area rugs. Alex had a pleasant demeanor and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the process and results.
A suggestion will be to recommend different attachments for the upholstery cleaning. The corners of the dining chairs were pretty difficult to reach with the single attachment used for the cleaning. Not all of the stains were removed from the kitchen dining chairs, so perhaps consider a different product to include for more stubborn stains.
Overall we are pleased with Zerorez and will definitely use their services again. The total price for this cleaning was more than expected and more than the average company, but Zerorez services are above average.

I used Zerorez because the last time I used them for carpet cleaning, the carpets felt soft instead of crunchy when dried. This time they feel a bit crunchy now that it's completely dried. That could be due to the product put down at the end to prevent staining. They still did a great job though. I'm still waiting for my invoice that was supposed to be emailed to me. I don't think they have that information correct.
