I like that after each Zerorez cleaningmy carpets stay looking clean and feel/smell fresh for longer than when I have used more traditional shampoo carpet cleaners.
The Process Zerorez uses has exceeded my expectations for cleaning my carpet 3 times now. 2 of the 3 times, Alex was my technician and he was amazing! Very polite and knew what he was doing to clean my carpet. He has extended the life of my carpet for me.
I like that big brush that they scrub the carpet with. However the pet spots that were treated and like double and triple cleaned did not disappear so when the landlord saw it today she pretty much called me a liar for telling her yesterday that the carpets were professionally cleaned yesterday. But that's not your company's problem with the landlord she's a problem in herself.

They always are on time and do a thorough job. Did a fantastic job of taking care of pet stains. The guy who was here went beyond his work. The HOA hadn’t shoveled my sidewalk and steps so he did. He was very friendly and the carpet and couch is very clean.
