Another fantastic carpet cleaning from ZeroRez. Evan was our technician, and he was fantastic: extremely thorough and very polite. We have a dog and Evan did a great job explaining the different cleaning and sanitizing options available to us. He also removed a grease stain under our reclining sofa that we were sure would be there forever.
