He explained the service, available options (pet treatment, etc.), and prices up front and didn't pressure me to buy anything extra. Too many times we have had our carpets cleaned by others and the spots are back days or weeks later.
I also like that you clean both the step and the front of the step on the stairs.
Most areas this last cleaning were dry within four hours but just a few places that required extra cleaning. Those took about eight hours to dry.
