I have always liked the friendliness and knowledge of the technicians. I have also appreciated the responsiveness, no long wait to schedule. We were not satisfied with the results in one of our hard-to-clean areas, which we only realized after the service was complete and the lighting changed in the room. The same technician returned the very next day and successfully reworked that area at no cost.

Carpets and upholstery look great, almost dry after service and no lingering chemical odors. The technician was thorough and very professional.

the service was the most impressive. i had Mike as a service tech and i would like to put him in for a raise. he hustled harder than anyone i have ever seen. he was very informative and polite. he is a true professional of his craft. he seemed very knowledgable and was open to share that information in a way that was implied the importance of any treatments without being pushy or condescending. he was a great salesman as well as a hard laborer.

Our initial interest in Zerorez was the "green" cleaning methods employed by your company. I am very fond of thorough and effective cleaning without chemicals. There was a huge improvement in both appearance and feel of the carpet following cleaning.
The service we received from Ryan was outstanding. Having just purchased this house, we have discovered several "short cuts" taken by the previous owners, carpet installation being one of them. Ryan provided us with an honest opinion regarding our poorly installed, excessively loose berber carpet.

On time. Did an excellent job of cleaning. Loved the non-crunchy feeling when it dried. It took less than 8 hrs. to dry. The employees were nice and very professional. The only drawback was that the cost was very expensive when you include pretreat and stain protection (almost $600 for 3 rooms, hallway, stairs w/ landing, bio topical treatment, protectant, and water transport/transportation fee.
