We appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians, and because we have 2 dogs, we appreciate that Zerorez does not use high-residue chemicals on the carpets that could get on their paws and then ingest from licking their paws. We also like that the carpet dries quickly and doesn't feel "crunchy" when it's dry.
