Vance, my technician was very informative, polite, took great care in setting up the corner buffers and bringing in the equipment. My carpet and any dirt spots were completely cleaned and there was no odor from carpet cleaning when he was finished. It is heavenly! i would completely recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thank you!

The technician who cleaned our carpets was very professional and courteous and did a great job on the carpets. It only took him 2 1/2 hours to do the whole house, upstairs and down, and they cleaned up beautifully. He didn't have any furniture to move around so I'm sure that helped with the speed. I will definitely refer others to your service.

The person who cleaned our carpets was prompt, friendly, and professional, and we are very happy with the clean carpets! They dried within the time we were told, and they didn't get that "crunchy" feel and no stinky chemical smell!
