Your representative was particularly friendly and helpful. The other time I had Zerorez, the gentlemen was less personable, was there to do a job, did it, and left. A.J. was friendly without losing time on the job, answered questions but kept working and left us with slippers to avoid soiling our carpets until they had a chance to dry some. Mainly, he seemed to like his job and be proud of his product.

After over a week the pet stains in the carpet have not reappeared as they have after previous cleanings by other methods. Also the kitchen floor grout looks tremendous.
