Once the service was complete, my home did not smell of chemical, perfume or any compromising odors. The tech mentioned that the dark high traffic areas in my carpet could be damaged which would limit the full cleaning of the darkened areas; however, the carpet was clean in all areas treated including set in stains. I was pleased with the service, professionalism, and the results.

Seemed to get the carpet clean. The technician ( Rich )worked really hard to get up some dried blood and ground in dirt at my mother's home. Came out pretty well. Couldn't get 100% of the dirt or grease out of two spots but I think he got it as good as anyone could. He really tried.
