What I liked best was Kenny, he really took his time and pre-treated all the spots and stains and made sure everything was spotless. Our carpeting looks fantastic...better than I thought it could!

THE CLEANING SPECIALIST CALLED ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL TIME AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WE WALKED THE AREA TO BE CLEANED TOGETHER AND WE TALKED ABOUT THE PROBLEM AREAS AND HE DID HIS BEST TO REMOVE THE SOIL FROM THOSE AREAS. HE WENT OVER THE PRICING BEFORE HE STARTED THE JOB AND THERE WERE NO HIDDEN COSTS ADDED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT.
THIS WAS NOT OUR FIRST CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS CARPET CLEANING.

I have 4 cats and the process the technician suggested and put on the carpets was well worth it. The carpets look brighter and the cat odors are gone.

We liked that we could actually use our house within a few hrs of having it cleaned. No waiting 10-12 hrs or overnight. The cleaning helped quite a bit with the cat urine stains and smell that we had in our spare bedroom/office.
