Great job, technician was very professional and kind. He worked hard to make sure my rooms were done as I was told it would be a portable as I’m one the 1st floor. Didn’t have a portable cleaner so had to menevor to get his equipment to fit thru our window. He got it done!✅

Very knowledgeable about using the machine on truck.

We like that ZEROREZ uses non residue products on our furniture. It was a team because the veteran was training a new employee. The veteran was awesome, engaging, and very polite! It was easy to make an appointment as I booked it about 2 weeks prior to know when I wanted our furniture cleaned.

Our tech, Jordon, was on time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. He was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours. We will request Jordon again in the future. Job well done.

The Gentleman who cleaned for me did a great job and was very pleasant to deal with. He worked hard and was easy to deal with. I felt comfortable having him do the job.

After 15+ years, I have never been disappointed with Zerorez. I love their special water for carpet cleaning--no chemicals and LONG lasting clean. Just had them clean air ducts and so far all has gone well. I'm looking forward to less dust in my house when the furnace comes on. Technicians have all be professional and efficient. Thank you!
