I've used Zerorez twice for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and carpet deodorizing (pet urine odor). I have been very pleased with the results of the cleaning services and the odor removal. Both of the technicians were good, explained the process and did a good job. I like how easy it is to make appointments with Zerorez, and the clear, up-front pricing. Zerorez has an efficient appointment system. I will use them again.
Carlos was very professional and gave us all the information we needed as to what he was going to do. He was prompt and pleasant. We had many, I mean Many pee spots from our grand dogs and a few were missed but like I said, we had many.
