I have used your service for several years now and have always been very satisfied. However, this past week was everything but satisfactory.
I called a week in advance to schedule cleaning for Thursday, February 10 at a time after 1p. I also received an email confirming the date and time.
Then early am on the that Thursday I received a telephone call that they would be there between 10 - 12. I told the individual that would not work as I would not be home. What happened to my scheduled time of 1-3p. I was informed that was now available and if needed I would have to reschedule. I explained that I was unable to reschedule as I am going in the hospital for surgery and needed the work to be completed before hand. I individual told me they would check to see if anything could be done and would call me back. I did not receive a call back.
After a few moments I called you office to find out if the timing could be changed. I was put on hold while the individual checked with someone else and yes the timing was changed. A technician called and arrived about 11:30 did the cleaning. He did a very good job.
My suggestion is to keep scheduled appointments as requested by your client. Do not reschedule without personally discussing with your client.
I have been happy with your service and hope to continue with your company.
No chemicals used that leave a residue on the carpet.

The technician was very efficient, reliable and did an awesome job. I was called when the technician was on his way and the technician called when he made it. He explained the process before he started and took care of everything. We were also told hoe long it would take to dry.

The product was great. It cleaned well and left no soapy residue. My technician, Alberto, was courteous, careful, explained everything well, and did a great job. This was my first time to use Zerorez. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and request Alberto.

There was an area on our stairs that did not get cleaned at all. It is not pet stain related. The spot was apparent as soon as the carpet had dried
Fast, friendly service
It’s not the cleaning I expected, after the carpets dried we noticed a lot of stains that were still very visible within the carpet even after paying the extra price for stain remover. All three rooms were done in a little over an hour I’m just unsure of the thoroughness and if they are actually clean now.
My tech was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He got the job done quickly and did a walk-through with me afterwards. Everything smelled really nice and looked great! I will DEFINITELY use ZeroRez again.
