Nick Gibson was one of the best technicians I've ever worked with. He initially asked what my concerns were, provided a few options and then completed the work in our home exactly as discussed. He was polite, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to provide a thorough cleaning of seven rooms and four chairs. I will definitely recommend zerorez to my family and friends!

Your people are professional and do an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. Unfortunately, this is the second time your truck has leaked motor oil, transmission fluid and another substance on my driveway. the first time I was able to clean it. This time, my driveway is stained which makes me less than happy.

Well.. first two times I was sold on ZEROREZ. That time I had no major stains in the carpet. This time I had a stain from FRS; a sports drink. It has a ton of yellow food coloring. I thought, no problem ZEROREZ is the one.. Nope, did not come out.. it is even worse. At first when the carpet was wet it looked OK. When it dried up.. oh boy, diferent story. It is now brown stain and I think I need to replace the carpet. I still believe in zerorez, but, your claims are no longer valid. Sorry,

We loved that you restored the beauty to our carpet and kitchen tile.

I really like the Orez cleaning because it not only looks clean it feels clean. The stains are truly removed and there is no residue after the cleaning. The carpet feels soft as it originally did.

Dry-time on carpet took over 11 hours, was told 2-4 hour dry-time.

Thought everyone was very professional and knowledgeble from the telephone sales (customer service) to technicians. Terrell did an excellent job explaining in detail everything...I had lots of questions! The carpet and tile floor look almost brand new! Thanks!

You obviously do not pay attention to your customer email responses so why bother. Your operations-dispatch-customer service suck. The young man that actually completed the work was fine, but unfortuneately he was set up for failure by your previous poor service.
