The products used by zerorez are better by far than any other carpet cleaning company I have used. Their method of cleaning keeps my carpet cleaner for at least twice the amount of time as any other company I have used. The technicians that come to my home have always been professional, careful, and kind.

The service was easy to schedule. The technician was polite and professional. The carpet cleaning was done in less than 2 hours for 3 bedrooms and combined living and dining room.

Reserving judgement. I felt it was expensive but too soon to tell if it will be worth it... if my carpets stay clean longer with no change in the use. Vague after instructions for the cleaning of my time tile floors that were cleaned and the grout sealed. Might be worth a small "care after" pamphlet because it was expensive to do and I want to get the maximum out of the cleaning and sealing. The carpets were still damp 28 hours later. I had to put aluminum foil under the casters to make sure the carpet didn't get rust marks. The technician, Dajuan B., was very pleasant and efficient for working by himself.

I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years. For some reason I used another well known carpet cleaning service, which was a joke. So happy we returned to Zerorez. My carpets now look clean, smell clean, dried quickly and the font look matted down. Oh, and the gentleman cleaned our carpets was very professional.

The rugs/carpet do not stay sopping wet for days. They are dry and can easily walk on them by early evening.
