We need to clean our light colored carpet frequently and I appreciate how diligent your technicians are cleaning the high traffic areas and giving spots extra attention. The carpet is left much less wet than other services and there is no chemical odor.

I use Zerorez because chemicals are not used and the water leaves the carpet soft and clean.
I like dealing with professional, customer focused companies and Zerorez always lives up to my expectations. And the employees who come to do the work are always polite and efficient.

Excellent service

Called an hour prior to appointment to confirm, and showed up on time. Did a quick and thorough job. Carpets look great. I was happy to get the $129 price but was dismayed that they would charge $30 to discard the dirty water (which is not disclosed in the ad).
Over all I am quite happy.

Your technician, Justin, did a terrific job on my carpet. He was especially attentive to areas of the carpet which I pointed out for special treatment. He arrived at my home on time and worked very efficiently, finishing the job in about an hour. I'd gladly have him back again.

First, Zerorez does a great job of cleaning carpets.The product they use does not leave a smell or feel on the surface of cleaned carpets. And, no oversoaked carpets. The service is above average. Not only the office, but also the technicians stay in contact via phone until the job is underway. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough!

Was dry fairly quickly, but was unable to remove a bedroom spot. Did try to remove it but unable to do that. Also, corrected extra charge added on to bill with nice customer service.

Zerorez does an excellent job cleaning your carpets. They are a little pricey, but if you can find a discount, which the company sends often if they have your email address, the price is not too bad. The carpet stays wet for around six hours, but is not drenched with water, which is something I like. All the stains from been removed from my carpet and it looks great.
