The people! The two gentlemen you sent to our home in Portola Valley on Wed 9/24/14 to do the earth-friendly cleaning work on our carpets were polite, patient, professional and just … wonderful. They answered my questions, suggested solutions, and offered flexibility on things we wanted to get cleaned now and also in the future. We are thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend Zerorez and these two employees. Great experience all around!

The service I received on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 was wonderful! Both the gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable with what they were doing as well as explaining to me the breakdown of the carpet fibers. Chris Anderson was personable, knowledgeable and did not try to sell to hard. He asked questions and let me know what services zerorez provided. As a result, I decided to have my air ducts clean (not cleaned in 14 yrs) and rug protection applied in addition to the standard cleaning I ordered.

If there is an area that didn't come out like I think it should have, Zerorez will come back out and resolve it if possible which out of 4 times, I only had to do that one time. Zerorez has done a good job for me.

Your technicians were very knowledgable in cleaning methods and explained ver well the different steps they would take and what I should do after they left.

The service providers did an excellent job cleaning very dirty, difficult kitchen floor grout.

I like the fact that you only use water and other natural ingredients to clean carpets. I have pets, and I don't like cleaning my carpets with chemicals that could be harmful to them. Also, your technician was very friendly and efficient, he cleaned up nicely, and he was very careful with everything in my home. It was a very pleasant experience.

Carpet is very clean! Regional Director came along with the associate and showed him how to get the carpets to dry quickly - it worked great. We love Zerorez, but in the past the carpets did take much longer to dry. We're very pleased and will continue to use the service.

Less toxic, and my carpet looks cleaner now than after other companies have cleaned it.
