The technician Brian Alves, was on time, calling before with time of arrival. He did a super job, even removed an oil stain from my carpet. He was professional , curteus and efficient . I will call on Zerorez again when I need my carpets cleaned again

I like that it is a "green" clean. I like that every time I call there are nice people on the phone that answer all my questions. I like that every time I have used Zerorez the men that have come have been kind and respectful and have made me feel comfortable with them being in my home. I like that every time I have had Zerorez come, I have had only good service and no problems (they come on time, do what they say they will do, make payment easy and quick, etc.)
One REALLY important thing for me is that the people that have come are professional. They have always seemed to be hard workers that care about the work they do.

The Expertise and Quality.
The two people who came to do my carpets plus one sectional were very detail orientated, which is what you want. They did an excellent job. They communicated all observations and questions and answered any concerns I had. Also very impressed with the products and the fact that the carpet was basically dry by everning (service done mid day). We did follow instructions about how to walk on carpet and what not to put back for at least 24 hours. We also let the sectional alone for close to 48 hours. Very pleased.
The Techs called a half hour before. put on their shoe covers & put down tarps & corner protectors. They explained in detail what they were going to do & about the protectant that will need to be reapplied. Since we only had 2 rooms to clean & one being only used once a year we did not need the protectant for that room, but he told the other guy to do it anyway NO CHARGE, That was cool. I love the soft carpet feel.
Your two staff members were excellent and went out of their way to make the experience perfect. They made the difference! I would definitely recommend and use them again. The cleaning service was like getting brand new carpets! Great work!
