The technician Alex Obeso ((hope it's OK to use his name -- if for public use, delete it -- and/or this phrase too)) did an excellent job, even though I pre-spotted some areas. The darker tracks were well taken care of. His work was rapid and meticulous. He carefully overlapped the soiled areas every 2 inches with the sprayer/vacuum to effectively clean up everything with no difference showing on the carpet between lightly soiled areas and heavily soiled areas. Great job! Thank you.
