Staff was very professional and efficient. The crew was early but checked with me to be sure I was home and ready to receive cleaning. The product works! My carpet will stay clean for at least 6 months and I have a white carpet! I also like all of the reps who have come to clean my carpet. They have all been very knowledgeable about their product.

Carpet came much cleaner than competitors and dried VERY quickly even with carpet protectant on it. Upholstery came very clean on furniture.

Very professional staff.the phone call that tells me when they will arrive. The verification phone call a day or two before. Putting corner protectors around the house taking a little more time then other services. add to this that the carpet actually seems softer, cleaner, and stays cleaner longer.

Tech took his time cleaning our carpets, especially working on a stubborn coffee stain. They look great and we're hoping the stain won't come back. He explained the issues with that.

Rick, technician was outstanding! He got out stains that previous cleaners were unable to. Rick was thorough and asked many times, what else he could do. I am completely satisfied and asking Rick to come back next week to clean and seal my limestone kitchen floor and granite.

What do you like about our products and services?

Superior cleanup results. Afterward, the condo does not smell "shampooed". Yes, that's a plus. I'll recommend Zerorez to a chairman of a group in Sonoma County I am affiliated with. The building has been renovated recently and a new great carpet installed.
