I was able to make an appointment within 1 day, the employees called ahead of time to give their eta, the employees arrived on time, the cost estimate was clearly stated, they cleaned my very dirty carpet expertly and they only took 1 hour to do the job. I've had Zerorez carpet cleaning services before. They are always good but this was the best!!

The technicians were very professional, helpful and courteous. The actual cleaning made the carpet and couch look and smell fresh/clean. I would highly recommend Zerorez, I believe it is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used (and I've tried several different kinds of carpet cleaning services).

What we were the most impressed with was the service tech Brandon who came to our home. He was very through and knowledgeable of the services and the outcome that we could expect. We highly recommend Brandon for a training position with new tech's that come to Zerorez

Your personnel are very professional and friendly. I like that you don't use soaps on the carpets, your special water has cleaned our carpet very well - except this time. we have had Zerorez clean our carpet and tile several times in the past and were completely satisfied, UNTIL NOW. There is one area that is still showing "spots" that could have used a little bit more attention. We didn't see the dark area when the carpet was still wet but now that the carpet is dry the dark area is very obvious. I think I will try to get the spots out with dawn detergent.
