The service tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
I was so pleased with the service and results on my carpet I surprised my bf while he was away and had his carpets cleaned.
He was so surprised that his carpets could look that good. We have 2 dogs. He kept on talking about replacing the carpet. He said now he doesn't need too.

Friendly, products actually cleaned the carpets. just a word at advice when people calling for quotes make sure they're aware of the dollars for the pre-treatment. We didn't know about the pre-treatment upon arrival. the cleaners asked us if we wanted pretreatment we said yes but we didn't realize it was $30 per room we paid it graciously carpets look great. We would definitely use them again!!
