Easy to get an appointment. Tech let me know he was on his way. After seeing the areas, he got to work right away. He worked efficiently and was diligent in his work. Businesslike and polite. Carpets look quite nice and clean. Nice to be able to take advantage of special pricing as well.

It was easy to communicate by phone (though I wasn't very successful with the on-line process). I was very happy to have my appointment moved up when you had a cancellation. Andrew was courteous and efficient.
