I have used Zerorez over many years. I have white carpeting. Zerorez is able to remove stains without much trouble and the best part is that the stains do NOT reappear as they often do through other cleaning methods.

Everything is actually clean! I mean other carpet cleaners I used left everything looking kind of dingy and still dirty. But with you guys,its actially clean after you clean my carpet. I thought Ed was very professional and paid attention when I show him the areas that I thought needed special care. He worked steadily and efficiently. My only surprise came when I asked about the availability of a soil retardant, but didn't ask about the cost, only to find out that it was $90 and amounted to almost as much as the cleaning itself; let's hope it's worth the price.
