My great experience with Zerorez started with my first phone call. The Rep that I spoke with was very efficient and friendly. She made me
an appt that I needed ASAP and said they would be here between 8-10. I received a phone call the day of the apt at around 7:30 from the
carpet techs and they were here promptly at 8:00. The two men, Jay and another very kind gentleman explained what they were going to do, gave me the cost and started their work. He started upstairs and paused for a moment to call me up and show me how it was going.
They took the time to do an excellent job. My very dirty, pet stained carpets look fantastic!! Thank you!!

The service was very fast and efficient. The technicians arrived on time and completed the job in a short amount of time. The dry time was about 24 hours as they clearly stated and the carpets and furniture looks really good. This is the second time we have used Zerorez and we will continue to use in the future.

The carpet comes clean and there is no carpet soap smell. Your worker Troy Williams did a fantastic job. He was very polite and professional and meticulous.

Friendly staff and good job cleaning. However, our 8' diameter rug was calculated by you as 64 square feet. The proper calculation should have been 50.27 square feet resulting in an overcharge of $14. (8'dia /2=4'dia x radius=16 x pi=50.27sf).
