I have been using Zerorez for years. A very well run company which stands behind its advertising. Don't call any other carpet cleaning company! Zerorez is the BEST in California.
From the beginning contact, zeroes was upfront, and honist. When I was going to cancel the service, they worked it out so that I afford to get the cleaning done.
When the service man came to do the work, he was very professional, and managed clean a 20 year old carpet that had not been cleaned
For over 5 years, and it was really looking it's age. Zerorez did the trick, and the carert let go of the dirt easily. All of the dirt is gone.
Thanks to the cleaning job, I will not have to replace the carpet

I like the service. The technicians are always so friendly and helpful. They are really efficient and work quickly without compromising quality. The products used to clean the carpets never leave residue or a chemical smell. My carpet always looks and feels great after a zerorez treatment.

I love how eco-friendly your service is--and you are the best proof that one doesn't need chemicals to remove stains! My carpets had not been cleaned in a long time, and the stains had become progressive more numerous. I was a little nervous about them, in fact. But Ricardo is a genius--he got out every stain.
