Service was excellent. Anthony was very courteous and thorough. My only concern are the ridges left in several areas. I have had this happen last year and although I called to report this and sent pictures, NO ONE returned my call.
My solution is to place books along these ridges so carpets will dry flat.
They service technicians showed up on time, calling ahead to let me know of their arrival time. They were polite, and hard working.

Zero Rez took a while, over two weeks, to deliver our area rugs after cleaning them. However, they did a good job.

Excellent job! The gentlemen performing the service (Rico & Ricky) gave me plenty of notice before they arrived and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were professional, courteous and with a little extra elbow grease, they were able to remove several stains from my carpet that the Stanley Steemer guys were never able to remove in past cleanings. I would absolutely recommend your services to any of my family, friends or neighbors and will be calling your company again to get my air ducts/bathroom tiles cleaned in the very near future. I like that the techs call before they show up....They are quiet and just do their work...
I work with loud people who think everyone wants to hear their private conversation and
its not professional...but your techs came in and spoke very little and were done before I knew it.
The carpet looks much better and I wonder why I wait so long between cleanings....gotta do
better at that as the carpet will last longer but more importantly it just looks better
