The technician, Alan, was friendly, explained all the services he was going to do in detail, recommended having a protectant sprayed on the areas serviced and was very efficient. He was also very flexible considering how bad the weather was, raining very hard and where he had to park his van in relation to my building. His services were greatly appreciated.

Daniel and Bryce were outstanding representation of the care and quality of your company. The 30 year old cream carpets look like NEW! There is no chemical smells lingering and my carpets are soft and NO stains resurfaced after the carpet dried! Daniel and Bryce were on time, friendly, and professional confirmed the appointment the day before and called 30 min before arriving. They were respectful of my home and focused on cleaning the carpet and troubled areas properly and I didn’t have to spend the entire day with them! Start to finish in 1 hour 15 min for a 1,200 ft of space! I highly recommend and will use zerorez again!
