There is no better carpet cleaner than Zerorez! If you have any spots on your carpet before they come, you will never see those spots again when they leave!

We have encountered hills in our carpet after the cleaning...I am hooping that this goes away as it continues to dry...but it is a bit disturbing!

First of all, Bryce was very pleasant and professional. My carpets were clean and smelled fresh; not musty. You were prompt and gave plenty of notifications of upcoming service.

Techs were friendly and nice. Customer service rep on phone was helpful and nice. Not sure if *soap* was used - usually slipping on hardwood floors, but carpet looks clean!

Loved the guys. Professional and courteous. Really great workers.
They didn’t have any plastic guards for under the legs of furniture. We used plastic baggies but their van should be stocked with them. They also did not have any cloth to throw down on our wood floors for protection. Your company should provide these for clients floors.

The rugs look great and the stains are gone. Love the concept of no detergent and can see a difference. Hopefully stains won’t be re-emerging in a few weeks.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez and they were fantastic again! Prompt, professional, courteous, eager to resolve my concerns and did a thorough job. I love that there's no chemical smell with their products and that's really great for the allergy sufferers in my home, pets included. Love them and will use them again and again!

I am always satisfied with the outcome of your cleaning. It makes me feel at ease as well that no chemicals are used. A very important feature in this era of taking care of the planet.

So far, I am pleased with the Powered Water® approach to cleaning carpet which does not use soaps and chemicals. I have a sensitivity to dust and toxins so I find Zerorez to be compatible with my needs. I have three air purifiers and find that they challenged by some dust in my air ducts and furnace. Zerorez was able to clean the furnace, ducts and air return vent. The first night after the cleaning I could feel and smell the difference.

I loved the service but my carpets are still wet 30 hours after!!! Not sure how they can advertise 8 to 10 hours to dry!!!

This was the third time we used Zerorez through the years. Always been satisfied. The people working for your company are very courteous and helpful. I had to cancel a few times because of rain, we put our furniture on our deck, there was no problem changing the date. I have recommended you to several friends
