The service technicians arrived as scheduled. They were courteous and helpful by moving some furniture in order to accomplish their carpet cleaning in the designated areas. There were no residual odor to the cleaning process. The cleaned carpet looks great.

What do you like about our products and services?

Julio G. Got out ALL my cat's stains from my carpet that I thought would be impossible to get out. He cleaned my whole condo's carpets BEAUTIFULLY and they look brand new. Julio was also an extremely nice person and he worked especially hard to get out about 10 stains in all. I would definitely recommend ZEROREZ to all my friends and neighbors, and I am going to tell my Veterinary Office to refer their clients to ZEROREZ for OUTSTANDING results on their carpets. Thank You, Julio! And Thank You ZEROREZ!!!

What do you like about our products and services?

The two gentleman, Julio and Zack, very kind and did a great job. Explained things well and were willing to help me with anything I needed but I didn't need any help as I had moved everything myself. Carpet dried in a reasonable amount of time and was able to put things back in place.

My service window was 10-2 on a Saturday. I received a call just after 10 informing me that they would be there in a half an hour. The two gentlemen who arrived at my house were very courteous and friendly. I was embarrassed about how bad I had let my carpets get but they were nice, offering me pet pretreatment that actually removed the stains before they even started.

I will use ZeroRez in the future.

I've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning in my home and rentals and they have always done a fantastic job. This time they deep cleaned my marble floors too and any thrilled with how beautiful they look.
