I was able to get an appointment quickly, to remove some grease that had suddenly appeared in various spots in my carpet. The technician was personable and hard-working, and the carpeting looked much better when he finished, with the grease stains gone.
The process was very straight forward, smooth, efficient and dried quickly.

Very thorough, paying special attention to stains and spots. Feel good that no strong chemicals are used as I am sensitive and have allergies. Carpet dries quickly and feels soft & fluffy.

The rug cleaning appears to be effective. I would not recommend the tile and grout service as I don't see any improvement in our tile. Feel like that was a waste of money.
Have used Zerorez for many years. They have always done an excellent jobs with our carpets. Our technician was prompt on time, polite, Did an excellent job on our carpets knowledgeable of the material that he was working on. The carpets always come out clean and fresh with no soap smell because of the Zerorez cleaning method.
