They did a good job on my carpets. There was a little overspray on my hardwood floors. The technicians were very friendly and explained how they were going to clean the carpets. I was charged extra for a bathroom carpet that attached to a bedroom carpet. Other than that, they did a good job.

He explained the process and products that would be used from start to finish, and he made sure I was happy with the finished clean carpets before he removed the cleaning equipment and left.

Quick, efficient, honest service.

We have been using Zerorez for 20 years and they have consistently provided excellent carpet cleaning service from friendly and reliable technicians.

I had Zerorez pick up two area rugs to be cleaned.They gave me a time window and the technician arrived first thing. He was polite and efficient. He said that they would return them in about two weeks. That time hasn't arrived yet, but I'm expecting good results.

The two guys who came over were both very polite and knowlegable and explained the cleaning process very well. They were fast and thorough and so far the carpet looks great. Will definitely consider Zerorez for our tile floor areas.

I have posted reviews before for Zerorez. They have cleaned my rugs at least a dozen times over the last 10 years. They are always professional and quick and I appreciate that they don't use the soap and chemicals other companies use, as I have 2 cats and grandchildren. The technician did a great job on my couch also. Thanks, once again for excellent service.

Brian was exceptional. He was so friendly and explain the rug processing procedure to me. Brian was so careful in removing and handling the rugs in a professional manner. He made sure that was completely knowledgable.

I have not received a receipt for the costs involved as yet. Also, I was concerned regarding the prices being so, so high to clean the rugs.

I LIKE THE FACT YOUR SERVICE DOES NOT LEAVE A RESIDUE IN MY CARPETS, THE CARPETS DRY FAIRLY FAST, AND THE SERVICE IS ON TIME.
