Enjoyed the lack of chemical and stiff carpet aroma and stiff carpet upon drying. Did not do as much to restore carpet fiber as advertised, but then, none of the carpet cleaners can restore fiber worn carpet from heavy traffic despite the claims.
I like that you use activated water and almost no chemicals. Your staff is always accommodating and helpful.
