Alejandro was industrious, knowledgeable and worked quickly to remove some difficult spots.
Spots improved although not completely resolved (completed eradication was not expected) but one spot (toddler with a mascara wand wand) which had been treated before by another carpet cleaner was much improved.

We have used Zero Rez for a few years now. They have done an outstanding job every time. The carpets feel so nice and clean after they our done. Also no residue on carpets.
