The technician seemed very competent and explained procedures well.
I appreciate that the service technician was prompt although I did not receive the call head I was promised and requested so I could prepare for the technician's arrival.
I can also appreciate Zerorez offers clean and natural products. I prefer non harsh chemical around my family and in our home.
Damond, the service technician, explained the process prior to beginning so I'd know what to expect. He was professional and courteous throughout the visit, and explained what to expect
after the completion of the service.
