Not only did the carpet come out exceptionally clean, they took care to guard against scratching our woodwork with their hoses and equipment as they brought in corner guards to shield everything. And the technician kept us well informed about every step he was taking. NO surprises at the end.

This is my first time using your service, so my first impression was going to be very important. The technician called to let me know what time he would approximately arrive, and he was punctual. That is a big plus, off to a good start. Everything that was to be done was explained, as well as potential outcome. The job was done efficiently and with care, you could tell he wanted to do the best he could for the customer. Unfortunately, we can't request our technicians, I only hope he represents the majority and not the few bad apples that usually cost service companies their business.

Zerorez did a great job! Our carpets are old, but in relatively good shape so I did not expect a miracle, but was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The service tech was very polite and professional. I received a text and a call the morning of stating the time he would arrive and he was spot on! Payment processing was super easy, received a text code when the job was completed and paid over the phone. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

My carpet smells much better. They were able to get most of the stains out. I wasn't aware of the $16 service fee ahead of time though which was disappointing. The man that came out was timely, professional, and quick.
