The service was TERRIFIC! My area rug was returned in one week, looking beautiful. The two gentlemen who returned it unrolled it, aligned it on the pad, and returned the furniture to its place. He explained the process, procedures, and answered my questions, then got right to work. It did not take long for him to finish, and explain how the carpet should dry without shoes or furniture. I plan to use Zerorez again and recommend cleaning to others.
