The tech is professional, honest, and accommodating. We used Darryl (spelling?) and he was efficient when it came to cleaning our carpet. He let us know that the high traffic wears the carpet out and to vacuun more. I appreciated that. The chemicals are pet safe, baby safe, and smell so clean. It kills the germs.

Technician (Keenan) was very professional, polite, and was a positive representative of your company. He explained the process before he started. When he finished, he asked me to look over every room and be sure there wasn't something he missed or that was not to my satisfaction. I loved that the carpet looked so nice and clean when he left and that the drying time was much less than when I've had the carpet steam cleaned.

Duct cleaning crew was great! Very efficient and professional and they were on time. Showed me before pictures prior to starting and showed after photos to compare. Sent both sets of photos shortly after they were done. I would highly recommend Zerorez for duct cleaning and sanitizing!!
