My technician was very nice and did a wonderful job! I was really pleased that he was able to come back within a few days to remove some stains that had wicked back up through the carpet overnight. I also really like that Zerorez uses mostly water to clean the carpets, so I don't have to worry about residue or anything that might be bad for my pets.
