Edley did a fantastic job - he communicated clearly and was focused on the task at hand while effectively keeping the homeowner (me) at ease by being friendly and easy to talk to. The job was done perfectly; there was a particularly tough set of tall stairs that was cleaned to almost new. Also a couple of coffee/wine stains that we worked extra hard one and got out. He clearly communicated about what was possible and what wasn't, and how to deal with specific things like oxidization around the edges of the carpet. Ed should be running the place!
